The involvement of Jodi Stachowski in the Brendan Dassey trial was supposed to show that Avery moved his bedroom furniture to immaculately clean his home. She also testified to the two telephone calls that she placed to Steven Avery the evening of 31 October, 2005. Her testimony on the telephone calls was at odds with the closing rebuttal made by Wisconsin Assistant Attorney General Tom Fallon.
